This place is a good company but a bit high on prices for renters insurance

I have had the very best customer service with them especially with Mary Rae Knapp. She was always knowledgeable, friendly and was always able to answer my questions. I sincerely hopes she will not be retiring for a long time as she has become a friend I can trust.
Mary Rae and her team are always available for any questions or concerns you may have. They do a great job at always being there no matter what. I really like how you can either walk in without an appointment or call and get your questions answered.
For over 25 years JB Kelly has been more than reliable. They provide my homeowners and car insurance and I have never had a problem with anything. I have gotten to know almost everyone and they are all very approachable and easy to work with. I think it's safe to say I wont be leaving them anytime soon!
