Had plenty of time to decide one what I needed and were very informative in regards to my questions.
Not as much selection now that its sport chek. Staff was really tolerant and helpful.
Good sales and products
Came in to buy a pair of running shoes towards the end of the evening. Had excellent service from very knowledgeable staff about the variety of shoes . Was fitted for proper shoes . Was not rushed by the staff even though it was almost time to close. Will return here for the next pair of shoes. Best service I have had in along time!
They aren't overly helpful or knowledgeable about sportswear and aren't willing to fix mistakes. Recently, I tried on new skates and they felt great, they had to keep them for 3-4 hours to do the first sharpening (some vague reasoning) and when I finally got them home they did not feel like the same skates (obviously digging in where they had not before). When I asked about it the girl just went "weird" and stared away from me sheepishly. The store used to be better and I used to shop there frequently (Sports Experts), but recent experiences have driven me off as a customer.
