Booked appointment online excited for a new haircut, showed up on time and was only disappointed by no one being there. Rang doorbell saying barbershop over it three times and nothing. Knocked twice, nothing still. finally I opened the door and yelled "hello?" nothing again. please don't waste anyone else's time
Susan is absolutely amazing!!! We were visiting family who referred us to her for our six year old son's haircut. He has a lot of hair and hates cutting it. Susan took her time with him, and even took extra time to make him feel comfortable as he's scared of the razor. It's by far the best haircut he's ever had!!! He loved his experience so much, he says he'll be going back to Susan for all his haircuts. Susan made us feel welcome and comfortable, and made our son feel like a rock star. She's just simply awesome, and so is her barbershop space, so cool. We just absolutely loved our experience so much, I can't say enough good things, we will definitely be back!!!
Been looking for a good barber in Brockville. This is the best place. Susan is fantastic. Best haircut I have had in ages. They have a new regular customer. I could not be happier.
Recently moved to Brockville and needed a place to get my hair cut. Went to Susan based on the reviews I read online.. very happy with my decision. Susan clearly knew what she was doing and made great conversation throughout. Hair cut, style and neck shave all in under 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. I will be coming back for sure.

I received an excellent cut, exactly what I asked for, a few hair/beard pro-tips and an awesome experience. All that, and it was the same price as an adult hair cut from First Choice!Susan is great, she has a wealth of experience and a positive personality. That really makes the experience for me.
